Join us for a mystical evening of Sufi poetry with local Rumi translator, Rasoul Shams. Whether you have been a lifelong Rumi devotee or are only recently discovering his poems, you are invited to come and learn about the healing you can find through his words.

About Rasoul Shams:

Rasoul Shams first learned of Rumi's poems in his Persian classes as a young boy in Iran. The works of Rumi and other Persian poets have been his spiritual companions for decades. He has studied and lived in India, Japan, and the USA. He founded the Rumi Poetry Club in 2007. His books include Rumi: The Art of Loving, Rumi Essays: On the Life, Poetry, and Vision of the Greatest Persian Sufi Poet, The Words of Rumi, and Through Love Pain is Healed.
